All orders will be shipped with USPS.
If an error in delivery occurs and your package is shipped backed to Hex and Vex HQ, I will contact you & invoice you for a new shipping label. Please make your the address/phone number you input at checkout is accurate. If you need to change your shipping address after purchase, please email me as soon as possible at hexandvexclothing@gmail.com.
Once you receive your tracking number it may take 7-14 days to be dropped off at the post office. This is because I do drop offs in big batches. Please keep this in mind for expected timeline.
RUSH ORDERS
Every now and then, I have rush order options available for an additional fee. I only have a few slots and they fill up quickly. If you would like me to rush your order, please email me at hexandvexclothing@gmail.com. The minimum wait time for a rush order ranges from 1-3 weeks.
LOST, STOLEN, & UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

*Hex and Vex is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Always contact USPS for a discrepancy and to ask about insurance if it is lost or undelivered. By shopping at Hex and Vex Clothing, you agree to these terms.
HEX AND VEX CLOTHING DOES NOT OFFER INSURANCE ON THE STANDARD RATE OPTION. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR FACILITY. Insurance is covered under the Priority Mail option. All orders that are over $100, receive free shipping with insurance. However, we do offer a Signature Confirmation option. Please choose this option to prevent lost packages. If you do not choose this option and your package is lost, we are not responsible.
*We are not the mail carriers - we are the company who shipped it for you. Please do not contact and blame us for an undelivered package. If we marked your package as shipped and included the tracking number, we did our part in the order process. We are not in charge of delivering the package to you. Please contact your local USPS office in such cases like this.

I’ve been to a festival probably 20 times and over 50 individual shows I’ve worn all kinds of different outfits but the way I felt in this outfit was top tier. I had so many people complimenting me and a few people tell me this is the best fit they’ve seen at the whole fest I can’t wait for my next hex n vex piece!
The quality of the items I received is great, unfortunately though, one item doesn’t fit. Although I’ve reached out numerous times through both email and on Instagram over a time span of about 3 weeks, I have not gotten a response unfortunately. So currently this is my last resort to get a response. Quality of the items is 5 stars, but the communication is very lacking.
